MUSIC

In 2018, Anami began producing instrumental tracks under the name "HØRNS." She began including her own vocal style in her 2020 EP, "Already There," an "early-days-of-the-pandemic" project. After her subsequent EP, "Still," she took time away from recording to focus on her personal life in the wake of 2020. In 2022, Anami re-released some of her previous work as the "HØRNS Collection", and released the a live set called "Here" which she recorded during a period of homelessness in early 2022 before her transition.

She returned using her chosen name, Anami Dass, in late 2022 with "Gone," followed with "Fixation" in January of 2023. Both EPs reflected the impact of trauma that came from her experiences with substance misuse, homelessness, and isolation. In November 2023, she released an instrumental single called "Showtime" as the first part of her upcoming EP, "Tide" set to release in early 2024.
